First Citrus Bank is committed to the well-being of our associates, clients and community. In an effort to minimize the possible spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are actively monitoring alerts from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We launched our COVID-19 preparedness plan earlier this week as part of our bank-wide business continuity efforts.
Currently, we expect to be open normal business hours with no disruption in service. In lieu of visiting our bank lobby’s in person, we encourage clients to utilize branch drive-through’s, mobile banking and online banking. If you have flu-like symptoms or have traveled internationally within the past 30 days we reluctantly request business be conducted via mobile banking, online banking, drive-through or by phone. We look forward to serving you and stand ready to assist.
The First Citrus Bank team is committed to taking the recommended precautionary measures to do our part to avoid the spread of COVID-19. Among these include installing stations with alcohol-based hand sanitizers at all branch locations and requiring sick associates to stay home. We proactively follow workplace cleanliness guidelines provided by the CDC.
COVID-19 is a respiratory illness with flu and pneumonia-like symptoms including fever, coughing, and difficulty breathing. Symptoms can appear two days to fourteen days after exposure. The current global outbreak has recently been declared a pandemic by World Health Organization (WHO). Up to date information can be found on the CDC website.
We recommend reviewing these Healthy Habits to help prevent the spread of sickness-causing germs.
Thank you for your cooperation and the opportunity to serve you.
