    This position ensures the efficient daily operation of the bank branch, including client service, relationship development and expansion, needs fulfillment, and safety and soundness, in accordance with the Bank’s overall objectives. Proactively develops new deposit business for individuals, families, and businesses; provides memorable and extraordinary client experiences, and promotes a sales and service culture through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation. Provides leadership, training and supervision to all Tellers, Head Tellers, and Personal Bankers. Although not primarily responsible for customer transactions and account opening, the Branch Manager will be available to assist Tellers and Personal Bankers when necessary.     Essential Responsibilities:

    • Develop and grow business and consumer relationships. Maintaining relationships with existing clients and identify new prospects

    Construction Loan Administrator

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Due Diligence and Risk Assessment (50% of time)

      • Analyzing project scope, project budget, and construction schedule to determine risk profile and administrative requirements for the loan.

      • Reviewing budget prior to closing to ensure all project costs are identified, sources and uses are in balance, and sufficient soft costs are available for project completion.

      • Reviewing contracts, budgets, plans, specifications, appraisals, phase one and other third-party reports and documents to support risk profile analysis.

      • Scheduling and leading pre-closing meetings with Banker and borrower to ensure draw process is explained and any issues are identified prior to closing.

      • Determining inspection requirements and coordinating inspection profile and schedule with approved vendors.

      • Providing monthly Construction Portfolio Review updates.

      • Documenting risk profile analysis and providing a recommendation to the Construction Administration Manager for final approval regarding assigned loans/projects.

      • Close and manage in compliance with the approval

    Draw Administration (50% of time)
      • Reviewing draw requests for assigned construction loans, ensuring funding requests are in compliance with credit approvals, loan document requirements and approved budgets.

      • Identifying risks to budget overruns or project completion and escalating issues to their manager.

      • Coordinating necessary inspections, title updates, etc., and completing reviews prior to disbursing funds.

      • Verifying receipt of required documentation from contractors, subcontractors and equipment suppliers (e.g., lien releases, proof of insurance, etc.) prior to disbursing funds.

      • Ensuring compliance with internal document retention policies.

      • Adding and administering vendor accounts for approved vendors involved in the servicing of construction loans.

      • Other duties as assigned.
