    Position Description

    Job Title:       Branch Manager
    Reports To:  EVP, Retail Banking
    Status:          Full-time, Exempt
    Location:      South Tampa, FL

    This position is responsible for proactively seeking new deposits from individuals, families, and businesses while building client relationships for the bank.  The Branch Manager will ensure the team provides memorable and extraordinary client experiences, while promoting a sales and service culture through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation. Additionally, the Branch Manager will provide ongoing leadership, training, and supervision to all Tellers, Head Tellers, and Personal Bankers to ensure efficient daily operation of the bank branch.  Although not primarily responsible for customer transactions and account opening, the Branch Manager will be available to assist Tellers and Personal Bankers when necessary.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3-5 years or more demonstrated experience in branch operations, leading, developing, coaching, and motivating personnel to create a positive team environment
    • 4-Year Undergraduate Degree (BS or BA) preferably with a business or finance focus or equivalent combination of experience and education
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license as local travel will be required 20-60% of the time
    • Proven background in sales and business development with existing and new clients

    Deposit Operations Specialist

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Run all required daily reports from core processing system to extract deposit operations information to input and verify customer information. Notify appropriate departments as necessary

    • Review the accuracy and completeness of account documents

    • Review and report Enfact cases to branches

    • Review exception reporting and make corrections, follow-up with branches as needed

    • Process teller corrections, cash letter adjustments, deposit notices for COD, DDA, EIM,NSF

    • Process debit card increases/decreases/block removals

    • Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to internal banking personnel as well as external clients

    • Provide support to the banking center associates with all system related applications

    • Process incoming and outgoing wire requests (domestic and international) through various delivery channels

    • Process NSF and non-post items; charge back, ACH exception resolution, and stop payment items

    • Verify and approve branch shipment in/out orders and foreign currency orders

    • Update all G/L entries including but not limited to payroll

    • Process WebCapture RDC deposit checks – Approve SourceCapture RDC & mobile deposits

    • Process and approve ACH origination files

    • Research requests from branches to include but not limited to copies of checks or deposit items

    • Complete business online banking maintenance requests

    • Complete required annual BAI courses

    Float Teller/CSR - Carrollwood, Citrus Park & South Tampa

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Provide high level of customer service to all clients and guests entering the bank or the drive-thru

    • Receive checking and savings deposits: verify cash and endorsements, receive proper identification for cash back and issue receipts for deposit

    • Examine checks deposited and determine proper funds availability based on regulation requirements and complete hold notices

    • Process savings withdrawals, cash checks, verity endorsement, receive proper identification and ensure validity

    • Identify counterfeit currency

    • Issue personal money orders and cashier's checks, accept orders and payment for U.S. Savings Bonds

    • Accept loan payments: verify payment amount and issue receipts

    • Maintain an organized teller line and work area as well as balance teller drawer daily

    • Answer calls to the branch

    • Balance and maintain branch ATM

    • Process new accounts and maintenance transactions

    • Stay knowledgeable of all products and services provided by the bank

    • Will be assigned a work schedule to assist any of our other locations

    • Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential

    Senior Credit Analyst

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Manage and prioritize underwriting requests for new loans, matured loans and annual review of large credit relationships

    • Spread and analyze financial statements and tax returns

    • Perform credit underwriting of loan requests utilizing the data compiled, provide in-depth analysis of borrower, guarantors and collateral; includes cash flow analysis, trend and ratio analysis, industry comparisons along with current economic 

    • Prepare Loan Presentation Sheets and Credit Analysis Memorandums appropriately assigning risk ratings

    • Attend client meetings with Business Bankers to assess management capacity and other qualitative factors related to the business/industry

    • Participate in Loan Committee meetings; respond to credit underwriting questions

    • Order and review appraisal and environmental reports; prepare internal evaluations

    • Monitor Covenants and prepare Covenant tracking reports

    • Assist with Board of Directors reporting related to ALLL, Portfolio Stratification, Classified Assets, etc.
