Senior Credit Analyst

Cardinal Business Principal: Safety and Soundness First

Position: Senior Credit Analyst

Department: Credit

Reports To: SVP, Chief Credit Officer

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize underwriting requests for new loans, matured loans and annual review of large credit relationships

  • Spread and analyze financial statements and tax returns

  • Perform credit underwriting of loan requests utilizing the data compiled, provide in-depth analysis of borrower, guarantors and collateral; includes cash flow analysis, trend and ratio analysis, industry comparisons along with current economic 

  • Prepare Loan Presentation Sheets and Credit Analysis Memorandums appropriately assigning risk ratings

  • Attend client meetings with Business Bankers to assess management capacity and other qualitative factors related to the business/industry

  • Participate in Loan Committee meetings; respond to credit underwriting questions

  • Order and review appraisal and environmental reports; prepare internal evaluations

  • Monitor Covenants and prepare Covenant tracking reports

  • Assist with Board of Directors reporting related to ALLL, Portfolio Stratification, Classified Assets, etc.

Full-Time Head Teller

Position: Full-Time Head Teller

Department: Branch Administration

Reports To: Branch Manager

Primary Teller Responsibilities:

  • Managing and balancing a cash drawer
  • Accurately and efficiently processing over-the-counter cash and check transactions while providing exceptional client service
  • Perform lobby and/or drive-thru teller functions including check cashing, receiving and processing deposits/withdrawals, making transfers, balancing teller drawer
  • Each associate is responsible for greeting every client or guest at the bank immediately upon entering
  • Answer all telephone calls for the branch
  • Maintain an organized teller line and work area
  • Balance and maintain the branch ATM and Vault
  • Adhere to First Citrus Bank's policies, procedures and well as regulatory requirements
  • Contributes to deposit growth and cross-sales

Primary Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the teller operations within the branch
  • Ensure the daily activities of the tellers are performed in a timely accurate and courteous manner
  • Aid tellers in solving client/client problems, serving as an operational reference
  • Research and resolve client questions, problems and concerns by telephone, written correspondence or in person
  • Examine Teller's reports of daily transactions for accuracy in accordance with Bank policies and procedures
  • Accurate completion of required audit logs
  • Monitor and review operational product and procedures; stay up-to-date with the all operations, products, services, policies and procedures
  • Supervise teller staff, assisting in the coaching, training and the development of tellers
  • Ensure supply of money for the Bank's needs based on legal requirements and business demand

Requirements:

SBA Loan Assistant

Position: SBA Loan Assistant

Department: Loan Department

Reports To: Senior Vice President, SBA Loan Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to our internal and external customers in accordance with First Citrus Bank's Core Values of Honor, Collaboration and Professionalism

  • Provide administrative support for SBA Loan Specialist, including drafting and finalizing memos and correspondence, copy and data input

  • Perform the day to day loan administration activities for the SBA department including processing, closing, funding, monitoring and maintaining compliant files with current information.

  • Prepare all documentation required by SBA for loan submission to obtain approval.

  • Coordinate the collection of data for pipeline reporting, tracking, production reporting and loan status.

  • Ensure the SBA pipeline report is updated weekly to reflect all changes to loans in process.

  • Prepare lists for borrowers identifying outstanding items needed for credit underwriting and/or closing.

  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for the SBA department, including all third party vendors, and internal partners for information and processing of SBA loans.

  • Perform, monitor and track the tax verification process including implementing standard procedures.

  • Attend SBA related training sessions to gain expertise on documentation, submission, funding and servicing requirements.

  • Contribute to the success of the SBA Department with willingness to share in all department responsibilities, as required or assigned.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    • Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Bank related software and Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly.

    Education and/or Experience:
    • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

    • 3-5 years of customer service experience in a commercial lending support role.
